Handy Library is a useful app for readers that lets you keep a detailed record of the books you are reading or have read and are now resting on your bookshelf.
With Handy Library you can add any book quickly and easily. Just scan the bar code and that app will show you that book's index card. You can also manually search by title, author or ISBN, and if you can't find the book, you can add it manually. On the book's index card you can mark what page you're on, if you're enjoying it or not and your reading notes. You can also indicate if the book is borrowed or if you have taken it out of a library.
Handy Library also lets you organize your books into shelves, so you can find any book you are reading or have read quickly and easily, and, in the same way, you can place books you want to read on a separate shelf. If that wasn't enough, the app also records how much time has been spent reading, the pages you've read and the books you've read in a neat graphic that you can see by day, week or month. By doing this you can check your reading rhythm at a glance. You can also find out how much money you have spent on books.
Handy Library is a great tool for bookworms who are looking to keep a private record of the books they have read or want to read. Its simple and intuitive interface is a great bonus to an already-outstanding app.
